Cross Fit Classes

Cross Fit workouts are high intensity workouts. When you think of joining a Cross Fit class, you might not have any idea what you are getting into. Almost every Cross Fit gym allows you to come and try out a free class. You can search for best gyms in Chandigarh or contact your local gyms for dates and time for new joining. The classes are normally structured are as follows.
Basic steps in facial therapy are as follows:
1) Introduction classes
These classes give a quick overview about CrossFit and basic body weight movement workout. These are usually free and you can talk about joining with trainers.
2) On Ramp/ Elements
You are most likely to go through this course if you are interested in joining regular Cross Fit workout. This course teaches you about proper form and the foundational movements of Cross Fit. These are done in front of trained professionals who can fix whatever you are doing wrong and give you better tips to make your workouts more efficient.
3) Regular classes
Regular CrossFit classes usually takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. In these classes, everyone starts almost at the same time. The instructors/trainers walk around, help out and keep track of the members doing exercises. In these classes, everyone supports each other. Many CrossFit gyms split their exercises into three or four sections.
a) Dynamic warm up
unlike cardio on treadmills, it involves jumps, jumpingropes, jumping jacks, pushups, pull ups, squats and lunges. You basically do stretches, functional movements and mobility work in this section.
5) Skill/Strength work
You work on pure strength movements like squats or dead lifts. You concentrate on one skill at a time and try to improve that skill.
The workout of the day. This is where you do a certain number of reps of particular exercises as quickly as possible, or do a certain exercise many times in a set time limit.
Cool down and stretching : This is the time you are allowed to stretch your muscles and cool down.
